Admission Requirements

This program accepts applicaitons for the waitlist continuously due to the high demand. 

Tution cost is to be determined and subject to change.  

Note that incomplete or unclear submissions will be rejected.   Applicants should review the Eligibility Criteria and Documentation section carefully before submitting.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
  1. Valid full-stage/Class 5 license - Must have held a valid full-sttage (issued by province or territory of Canada or by a state of the United States of America) for three years immediatley before the applicaiton date.
  2. Manitoba Driver Abstract - Must reflect zero demerit points to be eligible to apply.
  3. Language Requirements -  Three years of full-time secondary (high school) education in Canada, the United States of America, or ELR exempt country where English was the language of insttruction.
    Have completed or and ELR exempt country?
    a) If, yes, submit the official transcript for verification purposes.
    b) if, no, submit proof of meeting an English Language Requirements Options prior to applying. For more information click here.
DOCUMENTATION
After verifying eligibility criteria, applicants must include four (4) documents in their application, ensuring they meet specifications and are clear to read:

    1. Driving Instructor Permit -  Confirmation Email
      You must submit your "Driver Record Confirmation Only"

    2. Driving License -  The face must be recognizable and text readable to meet requirements.
    3. Manitoba Drivers Abstract -  For more information, visit MPI's website: Request a driving record.
    4. Language Requirements -  Official Transcripts/Proof of English Language Assessment.
      The file must be in PDF or JPEG format, clear and readable, and fully demonstrate how the language requirements are met as described in the eligibility requirements section above.
