ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Valid full-stage/Class 5 license - Must have held a valid full-sttage (issued by province or territory of Canada or by a state of the United States of America) for three years immediatley before the applicaiton date.
- Manitoba Driver Abstract - Must reflect zero demerit points to be eligible to apply.
- Language Requirements - Three years of full-time secondary (high school) education in Canada, the United States of America, or ELR exempt country where English was the language of insttruction.
Have completed or and ELR exempt country?
a) If, yes, submit the official transcript for verification purposes.

DOCUMENTATIONAfter verifying eligibility criteria, applicants must include four (4) documents in their application, ensuring they meet specifications and are clear to read:
- Driving Instructor Permit - Confirmation Email
You must submit your "Driver Record Confirmation Only"

The file must be in PDF or JPEG format, clear and readable, and fully demonstrate how the language requirements are met as described in the eligibility requirements section above.
