If no, you must meet one of the following English language requirements options within 30 days of applying:

  1. Submit a transcript indicating graduation with a Manitoba high school diploma, with a minimum of five credits at the grade 12 level including two credits of English 40S. You must have achieved a minimum average grade of 75% for the two English 40S courses.*
  2. English must have been the language of instruction and you must have achieved a minimum GPA of 2.0.*
  3. Submit proof of completion of an approved English language assessment at the required levels. Approved assessments and required levels are listed on your program’s English Language Assessment webpage at www.rrc.ca/catalogue. We strongly advise you successfully complete the assessment before submitting your application to ensure you meet language requirements. Your assessment results must be dated within the two years prior to your application date. Submit your assessment results to RRC within 30 days of applying. Do not submit your academic transcript(s) until you receive e-mail confirmation from RRC that you’ve met English language requirements.
