PART-TIME | WINNIPEG LOCATIONS PROMP-CT Project Management

Program Outline

You must successfully complete eight courses to earn a certificate. You must obtain a minimum grade of C (60%) in each course.

You must complete the first seven Project Management classes before enrolling in the Project Management Case Analysis Class.

First courses of study (in order):

  • Project Management Fundamentals - C/D
  • Project Management Plan and Estimate  - C/D

The following courses may be taken in any order:

  • Project Management Team - C/D
  • Project Management Communications - C/D
  • Project Management Quality and Control - C/D
  • Project Management Procurement - C/D
  • Project Management Risk - C/D

Final course of study:

  • Project Management Case Analysis - C/D


NOTE:
A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®) is strongly recommended to successfully complete the Project Management program.
