PROJ-9009Basics of Project Management

This Micro-Credential will help you develop a basic introductory understanding of art and science of project management and the generally recognized framework, knowledge areas and good practices of project management. You will learn basic concepts about project quality, resources, communications, procurement, and stakeholder knowledge areas and processes.  In addition, you will learn how to create a quality checklist, a team building activity, and a project status report.  You will also learn how to create a stakeholder matrix

Textbooks and Booklists

Students enrolling in Part-Time and Online Education courses may be required to purchase textbooks and materials at participating Campus Store locations or online at bookstore.rrc.ca. Student booklists will be available approximately 3 weeks prior to scheduled course start dates. Please ensure materials are purchased in advance, to be available for the start date.

Note: Courses requiring a textbook will show "TR" in the Delivery field.
