PROJ-9006Project Integration Management

This Micro-Credential will help you develop a basic introductory understanding of art and science of project management and the generally recognized framework, knowledge areas and good practices of project management. 

You will learn basic concepts to execute and deliver project work and control project scope.  You will learn about the Project Integration Management Knowledge Area and how it relates to the Initiating and Planning processes.  You will also learn about Project Scope Management

Textbooks and Booklists

Students enrolling in Part-Time and Online Education courses may be required to purchase textbooks and materials at participating Campus Store locations or online at bookstore.rrc.ca. Student booklists will be available approximately 3 weeks prior to scheduled course start dates. Please ensure materials are purchased in advance, to be available for the start date.
