PROJ-1198Project Management Team

Learn how to manage a team for success. Look at the human factor of team building, cover labour relations, and learn to manage people. Discuss ways in which to motivate staff and resolve conflict issues. Examine the team in an organizational context and compare the concepts of power versus authority.

Prerequisites

Textbooks and Booklists

Students enrolling in Part-Time and Online Education courses may be required to purchase textbooks and materials at participating Campus Store locations or online at bookstore.rrc.ca. Student booklists will be available approximately 3 weeks prior to scheduled course start dates. Please ensure materials are purchased in advance, to be available for the start date.
