PROJ-1196Project Management Risk

In this course you will develop working level competencies to manage risks that may negatively or positively affect your project. Develop skills in identifying risks, qualifying and quantifying risks, risk response planning and risk response control. The course will examine both the psychological and mathematical elements of risk.

Note: Students registered in 1-week Summer courses; Final exams will be written the week following the end date; Thursday 6 – 9 pm or Friday 9 – Noon

Class Availability

Beginning September 1, 2018: students enrolling in Online Education courses will be required to purchase textbooks and materials at participating Campus stores or online. To review booklists and purchase textbooks, please visit bookstore.rrc.ca.
