The Nurse Re-Entry Program consists of twelve (12) courses and one (1) Practicum course. Students will complete the program within three (3) to four (4) academic terms depending on individual learning needs.
Courses are offered by a combination of classroom and online (blended) delivery. Most courses will feature a mix of synchronous and asynchronous learning for students. In combination, the two methods allow students to maintain connections with their instructor and classmates (synchronous) and provide flexibility (asynchronous).
Students referred to the program by the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba (CRNM) or Registered Nurse Regulatory body must complete all required courses with in two (2) years of the start date of courses.
Self-referred students must complete all core courses within two (2) years of the start date of your first course.
Students must complete all core courses within two (2) years of the start date of the course to receive a Nurse Re-Entry Program Post-Graduate Certificate.
Students must obtain a minimum grade of "B" in each course.
