The college requires transcripts verifying your complete academic history including any public or private high school, college, university, or technical institute you have attended.

- Scan your document(s) and save the file. Ensure you keep your original documents as the College may request to see them at any time.
- Go to apply.rrc.ca and log in.
- Click on your application, then Supplemental Items & Documents.

Submission of required documentation indicating proof of completion of admission requirements is due within 15 days of applying unless otherwise noted in the program's admission requirements.

Regular Admission Requirements
Bachelor of Education Degree
Submit proof of successful completion of a Bachelor of Education degree from a Manitoba university or its equivalent
Preference will be given to those applicants having completed a B.Ed. program focusing on secondary school teaching
Post-secondary transcripts must have been issued within 6 months prior to your application date, and submitted in a sealed envelope directly from the post-secondary institution.
If you are required to complete an English language assessment, do not submit your transcripts until requested to do so. See English Language Requirements (ELRs) for more information.

Candidate Information and Verification Meeting
The candidate meeting is an important part of the admission process, as it allows both the applicant and representatives of Teacher Education to discuss:
Submitted documentation
Credit for acceptable education
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) opportunities
Manitoba Education’s professional certification requirements
Details of the program, including expectations of both in-class and mentorship experiences
The applicant's interests and strengths relative to this teachable subject area
Applicants should allow one hour for the conversation
Meetings are arranged by the Teacher Education office once all admissions documentation is received by Enrolment Services
This item is not due within 30 days of applying and will be requested by the College at a later date
Program Progression Requirements
Program progression requirements are not due within 30 days of applying and should be submitted after you start classes.
- Criminal Record and Adult and Child Abuse Checks
- This program requires students to submit current original/official versions of one or more of the following checks:
- Criminal Record Check (CRC)
- Provincial Child Abuse Registry Check (CAR)
- Adult Abuse Registry Check (AAR)
- If you have a criminal record you may not be able to complete the program
- If you are listed on an Abuse Registry you will not be able to complete the program
