Upon completion of the Health Services Leadership and Management Program, you should be able to:
- Provide leadership for all areas and facets of the Health Services organization
- Utilize effective verbal and written communication strategies
- Manage and allocate human, financial, and information resources
- Assess, plan, implement, monitor and evaluate progress towards meeting organizational objectives
- Demonstrate a commitment to life long learning and promote the value and achievement of this to colleagues
- Respond to the needs of the consumer and promote and influence positive relations with all stakeholders
- Interpret and analyze issues and trends within the health services field to determine impact on the organization
- Provide direction for promoting and achieving adherence to the professional, legal and ethical standards that have an impact on the organization.
