Objectives/Learning Outcomes

Upon successful completion of the program, you should be able to:
  • Provide solutions, assessments and validation to a broad range of computer hardware and network situations by eliciting, planning and analyzing user’s requirements.
  • Select, use and recommend computer server and network technologies appropriate to the task.
  • Investigate, manage, research and communicate the information necessary to provide solutions to network, operating system and hardware related problems.
  • Work effectively individually and as a member of team demonstrating time management, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate effective use of written, verbal, and non-verbal communication, employing relevant knowledge, skills, and judgment in a business setting.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to professionalism by maintaining high standards of practice, making ethical/legal judgments and decisions, and sustaining professional standing through a commitment to life-long learning.
  • Demonstrate organizational skills.
  • Respond to conflict professionally.
  • Apply basic adult learning and assessment principles in the design, development and presentation of training and information to be inclusive of a diverse workplace.
