PARA-4014Advanced Simulation Laboratory 1
In this practical application course, under direct supervision and with guidance from a lab facilitator, students will gain hands on experience, building confidence, developing leadership skills, and learning techniques essential to an Advanced Care Paramedic (ACP). In a dynamic lab, simulated field environment students will apply theoretical knowledge that was introduced in pre-requisite courses, watch scenario based procedural demonstrations and then work both individually and in small groups, integrating best practice methods for application of skills, patient interactions and professional practice.
