Industrial Supervision Program Requirements
For students who started before August 31, 2026
To earn a certificate, you must complete six courses.
Core courses:
- Principles of Supervision and Leadership 1
- Principles of Supervision and Leadership 2
- Report Writing or Technical Communication 1
Elective courses (choose 3):
- Business Law
- Effective Speaking
- Front-Line Leadership
- Introduction to Total Quality Management
- Management Principles 1
- Management Principles 2
- Management Principles 3
- Occupational Safety and Health
For students who start on or after August 31, 2026
To earn a certificate, you must complete six courses.
Core courses:
- Principles of Supervision and Leadership 1
- Principles of Supervision and Leadership 2
- Lean Fundamentals (NEW)
- Project Management Fundamentals
- Occupational Safety and Health
- Report Writing or Technical Communication 1
