Description
The Industrial Supervision certificate program prepares
current and aspiring supervisors to lead people, projects and operations in
industrial, manufacturing, construction and technical workplace environments.
Through courses in supervision and leadership, project
management, lean principles, occupational health and safety and workplace
communication, learners develop the practical skills needed to support team
performance, improve workplace effectiveness and contribute to organizational
success.
The program combines leadership development with operational
knowledge, preparing graduates to communicate effectively, promote safe work
practices, support continuous improvement initiatives and supervise teams in a
variety of industrial settings.
