Description
Prepare you for a career as a Quality Technician or Quality Assurance Practitioner. You will study the theory and concepts of quality management and their applications. You can obtain the know-how to contribute effectively as part of a management team working to implement and maintain an organization’s quality program.

This program covers a range of topics relevant to the field of quality systems management, including:

  • Statistical process control
  • ISO 9001:2000 quality systems
  • Process management
