  • Students must have completed RRC Polytech's Project Management Certificate prior to registering
  • Leadership and Corporate Accountability must be the first course of study

Description:

Learn to manage projects as a leader, applying project management practices within strategic plans, while recognizing and upholding the ethical, legal and organizational responsibilities project managers have to the people in the workplace. 

This program will focus on techniques for working effectively as a project manager while recognizing how to balance human resources as a professional in the organization. You will learn to apply strategies to align projects to support and sustain organizational success, and to meet project requirements while adapting methodologies to changing project and organizational requirements.

Proficiency in basic computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software are essential in your success in this program. If you do not have these skills, it is strongly recommended that you complete Computers - Intro (prior to beginning the program).

Students are expected to have the required software to enroll in certain courses, complete assignments, tasks and requirements throughout the program.
