The course concludes with a review of the mandatory elements required in the preparation, transmission and documentation of prescriptions, including client teaching, follow up care and inter-professional communication and collaboration. You will draw on and apply knowledge of content and professional practice in completing critical thinking/clinical judgment case studies.
