Special Event Management (MGMT-1026) has been replaced with Event Planning (BUSA -1083).

Marketing 1 (MRKT-1061) and Marketing 2 (MRKT-2068) have been replaced with Marketing (MRKT-1002).

If Marketing 1 and Marketing 2 were previously taken, only 4 electives will be required.

The following courses taken prior to November 1, 2017 will be considered as elective credits towards this certificate:

  • Event Marketing
  • Proposal Writing
  • Public Relations 1
  • Retail Management
  • Sales Management
  • Services Marketing
  • Transportation System (Distribution 1)
As of January 2020 MATH-1039 Basic Business Mathematics plus MATH-1000 Financial Mathematics will no longer be offered. Students must take MATH-1051 Business and Financial Mathematics.
