EDUC-9008Integration of GenAI in Education
In this reinforcing micro-credential, students will examine how to meaningfully integrate Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) into their own teaching and learning environments. Through hands-on exploration and critical reflection, they will develop ethical, inclusive, and sustainable strategies for personalization, assessment, and student engagement. The course emphasizes responsible course-level GenAI use, including academic integrity, digital well-being, and Indigenous Perspectives. Designed for educators across K-12, postsecondary, and training contexts, this course supports real-world application and reflection. By the end, students will create a personalized GenAI action plan to support thoughtful, student-centered innovation in their professional practice.
Textbooks and Booklists
Students enrolling in Part-Time and Online Education courses may be required to purchase textbooks and materials at participating Campus Store locations or online at bookstore.rrc.ca. Student booklists will be available approximately 3 weeks prior to scheduled course start dates. Please ensure materials are purchased in advance, to be available for the start date.
