DCSP-2029Applied Teaching and Learning

In this course students will learn various strategies for supporting people with disabilities in learning new tasks, pursuing their goals, and increasing independence in employment, residential, and community settings. Students will review current approaches to planning for learners and will put into practice the concepts, considerations, approaches and methods of effective individualized teaching.

Textbooks and Booklists

Students enrolling in Part-Time and Online Education courses may be required to purchase textbooks and materials at participating Campus Store locations or online at bookstore.rrc.ca. Student booklists will be available approximately 3 weeks prior to scheduled course start dates. Please ensure materials are purchased in advance, to be available for the start date.

Note: Courses requiring a textbook will show "TR" in the Delivery field.
