CMEL-4011Construction Jobsite Management
This course will use practical examples and industry
standard techniques to examine all facets of managing construction jobsites
from a contractor's point of view, including the specific duties handled by the
superintendent and the interactions with the project manager and other members
of the construction team. The lifecycle
of a project will be studied - from the configurations of a project team to
project closeout. A dedicated focus on
the activities of jobsite personnel includes helpful techniques and procedures
for effectively managing a project jobsite from start to finish.
Textbooks and Booklists
Students enrolling in Part-Time and Online Education courses may be required to purchase textbooks and materials at participating Campus Store locations or online at bookstore.rrc.ca. Student booklists will be available approximately 3 weeks prior to scheduled course start dates. Please ensure materials are purchased in advance, to be available for the start date.
