  • Building Materials (First Course)
    Planned to run in Fall and Winter. 
  • Construction Estimating Fundamentals (Second Course)
    Planned to run in Winter and Spring. 
  • Communication Strategies
    Planned to run in Fall, Winter, and Spring. 
  • Construction Law and Documents
    Planned to run in Spring 
  • Project Management Fundamentals
    Planned to run monthly.  
  • Technical Drawing Fundamentals or AutoCAD micro credentials series equivalency* 

    • Technical Drawing Fundamentals
      Planned to run in Fall and Winter. 
    • AutoCAD Fundamentals
      Planned to run in Fall, Winter and Spring.
    • AutoCAD Intermediate
      Planned to run in Fall, Winter and Spring.
    • AutoCAD Advanced
      Planned to run in Fall, Winter and Spring.

Important Notes:

  • Not all courses are offered every term
  • Courses require a minimum to run. We aim to follow the schedule above, but courses may be changed or cancelled due to low enrollment or operational requirements.
  • Tip: Students are encouraged to enroll 2-3 weeks in advance of the course start date to help avoid cancellations due to low enrollment.
  • *Students may complete Technical Drawings Fundamentals or the AutoCAD microcredentials three-part series.
