MRIS-3002MRI Sectional Anatomy

In clinical practice, an MRI Technologist must recognize and describe body structures in different planes for the purpose of ensuring MRI image and data quality.   In this course, students will explore human anatomy as it appears on MRI images. Students will learn to identify anatomical structures, key landmarks and apply relational anatomy which will be necessary when performing MRI examinations. The skills gained in this course will support students' ability to produce high-quality images in a clinical setting.
