The ability to use modern technology is essential to successful operation within the hospitality industry. By the end of
this course, students will be able to use Microsoft productivity software
efficiently and effectively. Using a teacher-led, practical approach, students will
work through a variety of tutorials and exercises that will enable them to
develop, demonstrate, and apply introductory and intermediate competencies
using Microsoft Excel.
