  • Program consists of nine (9) courses taken over two (2) academic terms.
  • Beginning in Term 3 and ending in Term 5, students will complete three (3) Work- integrated learning - clinical placement courses.
  • Full-time students will receive an advanced diploma in thirteen and a half (13.5) months if all program requirements are met in consecutive terms.
  • This program meets the standards of Sonography Canada and The American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
  • Upon successful completion of the program, students are eligible to write the national credentialing examinations for the Core Sonographic Examination as well as the Cardiac Sonographer Examination.
  • This program is in compliance with the requirements as set out by Accreditation Canada EQual™.
