ULTR-2007Cardiac Sonography Laboratory Techniques 2
In this course, using appropriate safety techniques, students will complete final preparations for clinical practicum by transitioning to complete independent cardiac sonography examinations (routine/protocol).
The focus of observations in allied health, echocardiography, and cardiac clinic areas is to expose the student to a dynamic, fast paced clinical environment. Students will build on professional behaviors such as patient care, communication, safety practices, increased understanding of the roles and responsibilities of various health care professionals and enhance knowledge of cardiac diagnostic and associated therapeutics.
