Some of the courses offered in Culinary Skills are identical
to those offered in the College's Hospitality and Tourism Management program.
Culinary Arts Students wishing to continue their education in that program are
eligible for credit in common courses successfully completed. Students who
complete the one year certificate may choose to continue in the two-year Culinary Arts
diploma program at Paterson Global Foods Institute (RRC Polytech).
