Description

The Business Administration program is designed to equip you with the essential skills and knowledge needed to thrive in today’s dynamic business environment. If you're looking to explore new career opportunities or build a strong foundation in business, this program offers the perfect starting point. All students begin with a common first term, where you’ll take foundational courses in areas such as accounting, marketing, economics, and communications—giving you a broad understanding of core business functions.

As you progress through the program, you’ll strengthen your understanding of business operations and develop the digital and professional skills required in the modern global economy. Through a mix of hands-on classroom activities, group projects, and real-world case studies, you’ll build your communication, collaboration, and critical thinking abilities. Our experienced faculty and industry-connected curriculum ensure that you’re not just learning theory—you’re applying it in meaningful, practical ways.

After completing the common first term, you’ll have the opportunity to specialize in a major that aligns with your interests and career goals. Choose from areas such as Accounting, Financial Services, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, or Tourism Management. Prefer a more flexible path? The General Studies major allows you to customize your learning experience to suit your unique aspirations.

Information sessions are occasionally offered to provide information about the BA program and careers related to business administration. Please visit the Future Students Event page for information on live and on-demand information sessions for our business programs.

Note:
Students who started in the program prior to Fall 2025 who will not complete by August 2026, will be required to contact an Academic Advisor through planningsupport@rrc.ca. Please note students have six years to complete the diploma from the program start date.
