This course develops technical writing skills for IT professionals, focusing on documents common to the industry such as proposals, summaries, network design documents, manuals, wikis, and process documentation. Students refine the language skills needed for effective written and verbal communication with colleagues and clients, and are introduced to software used to produce these documents.
