Certification Opportunities- After completing this program, you are eligible for certification with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists. If you are successful, you are awarded a Registered Technologist in Radiography (RTR) diploma. This diploma indicates that you have the knowledge and skills of a professional and are eligible for membership in the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT).
Transferring Credits to Other Institutions
- All graduates have opportunities to enhance their specialized employment potential. The CAMRT offers many individual correspondence courses to prepare RTRs for jobs in specialty areas such as mammography and computed tomography. Graduates are eligible to enroll in post-diploma programs, such as the degree completion program through Thompson Rivers University.
