ECED-9012Planning for Individualized Professional Development
Learners will consider the work of the Early Childhood Educator and how to locate available resources to support the mentoring and coaching relationship. This course will focus on the ongoing training needs of novice Early Childhood Educators by creating individualized professional development plans for the mentor and the mentee.
Note: We recommend that students have a minimum of an Early Childhood Education diploma.
Students who successfully complete this micro-credential are awarded with a digital badge in Planning for Individualized Professional Development.
Students who successfully complete the following four micro-credentials are awarded an overall digital badge in Mentorship in Early Childhood Education:

This course includes weekly LIVE online sessions - via MS Teams or Webex
Live sessions will be held weekly on the day of the week that your course begins (for example, the course begins on a Thursday, the live sessions will be held on a Thursdays). Live sessions are scheduled from 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm.
