SEMR-9179Customer Service - Advanced

Acquire the critical tools and skills for interacting effectively with customers. Covered will be the importance of customer service and basic customer needs. Also included will be expectations of the customer, interpersonal skills, using the telephone, handling complaints effectively and customer service training plus a summary of how to win customers and keep them for life.  Through individual and group exercises, and class discussion, participants will gain an understanding of what it takes to provide exceptional customer service to your customers every day.
