ECED-9010Introduction to Mentoring and Coaching In Early Childhood Education
Learners will refine their practice as they establish a mentorship relationship with a novice Early Childhood Educator in their workplace. This course focuses on the processes of mentoring and coaching and the role of collaboration in an Early Learning and Child Care setting.
Note: We recommend that students have a minimum of an Early Childhood Education diploma.
Students who successfully complete this micro-credential are awarded with a digital badge in Introduction to Mentoring and Coaching in Early Childhood Education.
Students who successfully complete the following four micro-credentials are awarded an overall digital badge in Mentorship in Early Childhood Education:

This course includes 5 weekly one-hour LIVE online sessions - via MS Teams or Webex:
Live sessions will be held weekly on the day of the week that your course begins (for example, the course begins on a Thursday, the live sessions will be held on Thursdays).
Live sessions are scheduled:
7:00 PM - 8:00 PM on weekdays, or
9:30 AM - 10:30 AM on Saturdays
