We offer Power Engineering certification preparation courses to support individuals preparing to write the
Government of Manitoba’s Inspection and Technical Services (ITS) certification exams:
All Power Engineering exam preparation courses are typically offered during the Winter term, with the following delivery pattern:
- 5th Class Power Engineer – Exam Preparation
Offered once per year, typically in the Winter term.
- 4th Class Power Engineer – Exam Preparation
Delivered in two sequential parts that alternate by year: - Part A: Winter term in odd-numbered years
- Part B: Winter term in even-numbered years
Students planning to complete the full 4th Class exam preparation sequence should anticipate a two-year timeline to complete both parts.
- Ice Facility Operator – Exam Preparation (Coming Soon)
Planned for delivery in the Fall term.
- Refrigeration Plan Operator – Exam Preparation (Coming Soon)
Planned for delivery in the Spring term.
