You’ll begin by building a solid foundation through core business courses. From there, you’ll develop practical skills in key human resource areas, including recruitment and selection, employee benefits, performance management, workplace culture, labour relations and employee engagement. Through a mix of theory, real-world case studies, and interactive scenarios, you’ll learn how to foster positive, productive workplaces and support strategic business objectives.

Our program is designed to align with industry standards and prepare you for professional success. Upon graduation, you can begin the certification process for the Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation.
