You will develop a working competency in planning projects, scope management, resource management, cost and duration estimating, activity sequencing, and scheduling. Learn to apply the generally recognized tools and techniques in planning, estimating and scheduling projects and focus those projects on an organization's business.

Note: Students registered in 1-week Summer courses; Final exams will be written the week following the end date; Thursday 6 – 9 pm or Friday 9 – Noon
Students enrolling in Part-Time and Online Education courses may be required to purchase textbooks and materials at participating Campus Store locations or online at bookstore.rrc.ca.
