You will learn how to identify business-critical or key positions for which a succession plan is necessary, forecast upcoming retirements and identify high turnover positions. You will be able to identify and screen candidates, conduct job analysis and identify role requirements. You will be able to plan for building knowledge, skills and abilities through training and mentorship as well as create a system for assessing progress and recognition.
