This course is designed to help individuals develop practical skills that improve emotional well-being, strengthen resilience, and enhance self-awareness in everyday life. These engaging and interactive sessions combine evidence-informed mental health education with practical strategies participants can immediately apply to better manage stress, regulate emotions, and build healthier habits. Explore how stress impacts the nervous system, gain insight into emotional responses, and learn mindfulness practices that promote calm and clarity in busy lives.
Textbooks and Booklists
Students enrolling in Part-Time and Online Education courses may be required to purchase textbooks and materials at participating Campus Store locations or online at bookstore.rrc.ca. Student booklists will be available approximately 3 weeks prior to scheduled course start dates. Please ensure materials are purchased in advance, to be available for the start date.
Note: Courses requiring a textbook will show "TR" in the Delivery field.
