In this course, students will gain a comprehensive understanding of the key concepts and terminology related to Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the practical applications of AI in business contexts. Students will learn about AI applications and analyze the strengths, weaknesses, and ethical considerations for using AI in business contexts. Students will gain skills for using AI through practical, hands-on activities and assessments. Students who successfully complete this microcredential will have demonstrated skills in using AI tools for diverse business tasks, using AI tools for analyzing and interpreting Business data, and integrating AI into strategic decision-making processes.
This course would be useful for a wide range of individuals, who have experience in business and settings including Business Leaders and Executives, Managers, Consultants, and Strategists
This is a 20-hour course.
Textbooks and Booklists
