BUSA-9023Managing Productivity
Whether you are measuring and documenting your own productivity or managing the productivity of others, learn the four new management systems and procedures to maximize productivity at work. Move your skill set from the last century’s system of managing time to this century’s system of managing productivity.
With a growing number of people in the workforce working remotely, only these four new management systems allow you to successfully manage both on-site and remote workers.
Upon successful completion of the course, you will:
- Be able to rewrite job descriptions for greater productivity.
- Understand the new environment of workplace outcomes rather than inputs.
- Know how to produce written weekly reports that measure productivity.
- Have the skill set to manage others' productivity, whether they work from a distance or in a central location.
Duration: 16 hours self-directed over 1 month.
