This course is a continuation of ASLD-1010 ASL Bridging and ALD-1014 ASL Bridging 2 and is designed for American English Sign Language and Deaf Studies (ASDP) Certificate students as well as individuals that have some experience with ASL. The course offers the opportunity to maintain and enhance ASL by progressing from common concreate communications, communicative events and interactions, to language usage expressing abstract ideas. Emphasis is placed on the comprehension and production of increasingly complex linguistic structure with a focus on dialogue and conversational expressions. It is suggested that you take this course if you have already completed ASLD-1010 and ASLD-1014.
