MUME-1004AV Short Video Production

Produce a short video production in a hands-on environment. By the end of the course, learners will be able to differentiate among different mediums, and examine production techniques and styles; pitch a video project; breakdown a shooting script and plan a shooting schedule; create a working budget and source out equipment needs; work in a production environment with others; prepare short videos for editing; analyze and evaluate production plans and schedules; discuss the realities of production processes; and prepare a marketing proposal for a short video.

Prerequisites

Textbooks and Booklists

Students enrolling in Part-Time and Online Education courses may be required to purchase textbooks and materials at participating Campus Store locations or online at bookstore.rrc.ca. Student booklists will be available approximately 3 weeks prior to scheduled course start dates. Please ensure materials are purchased in advance, to be available for the start date.

Note: Courses requiring a textbook will show "TR" in the Delivery field.
