HUMR-1002Labour Relations

Acquire a thorough knowledge of the principles of a collective agreement. Topics include the employer-employee relationship; establishment of bargaining rights; negotiations; content of a collective agreement; union security; management rights; complaints; grievances; and arbitration.

Class Availability

Beginning September 1, 2018: students enrolling in Online Education courses will be required to purchase textbooks and materials at participating Campus stores or online. To review booklists and purchase textbooks, please visit bookstore.rrc.ca.
