CIVL-1034Costing and Contract Administration

Develop an understanding of the content and organization of contract documents and their use in the estimating, bidding and construction phases of a project.  Learn the basic procedures for detailed quantity take-offs, pricing of labour and materials plus contract administration.

Other Information

Successful completion of Costing and Contract Administration, plus Project Management Fundamentals, will give you credit for Civil/CAD Technology's Project Administration course.

Class Availability

Beginning September 1, 2018: students enrolling in Online Education courses will be required to purchase textbooks and materials at participating Campus stores or online. To review booklists and purchase textbooks, please visit bookstore.rrc.ca.
