This course equips students with the foundational administrative skills required in today's dynamic office environments. Students will organize information, manage records, coordinate routine office procedures, and utilize a range of office technologies and digital tools. Emphasis is placed on developing accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism through hands-on activities and realistic office simulations. By the end of the course, students will be able to support administrative functions with confidence and adaptability.
Students enrolling in Part-Time and Online Education courses may be required to purchase textbooks and materials at participating Campus Store locations or online at bookstore.rrc.ca. Student booklists will be available approximately 3 weeks prior to scheduled course start dates. Please ensure materials are purchased in advance, to be available for the start date.
