This course covers the advanced topics of Process Management including: Process Mapping & Robust Process Control Plans (PCP); Continuous Improvement Program & Project Management (CIP); Lean Manufacturing Principles (LMP), Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and 5S Concepts; Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS); Supply Chain Management (SCM); Total Productive Maintenance (TPM); Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP); and Human Resources and Safety Management.
Students enrolling in Part-Time and Online Education courses may be required to purchase textbooks and materials at participating Campus Store locations or online at bookstore.rrc.ca. Student booklists will be available approximately 3 weeks prior to scheduled course start dates. Please ensure materials are purchased in advance, to be available for the start date.
