This Micro-Credential will help you develop a basic introductory understanding of art and science of project management and the generally recognized framework, knowledge areas and good practices of project management. You will learn basic concepts about project quality, resources, communications, procurement, and stakeholder knowledge areas and processes. In addition, you will learn how to create a quality checklist, a team building activity, and a project status report. Textbooks and Booklists
Students enrolling in Part-Time and Online Education courses may be required to purchase textbooks and materials at participating Campus Store locations or online at bookstore.rrc.ca.
