PROJ-9008Basics of Project Plan, Change & Risk

This Micro-Credential will help you develop a basic introductory understanding of art and science of project management and the generally recognized framework, knowledge areas and good practices of project management. 
You will learn basic concepts about Project Integration Management and Project Risk Management knowledge areas and the processes required to deliver project work successfully.   In addition, you will learn how to create a project change request and a project risk register.

Textbooks and Booklists

Students enrolling in Part-Time and Online Education courses may be required to purchase textbooks and materials at participating Campus Store locations or online at bookstore.rrc.ca. Student booklists will be available approximately 3 weeks prior to scheduled course start dates. Please ensure materials are purchased in advance, to be available for the start date.

Note: Courses requiring a textbook will show "TR" in the Delivery field.
