This Micro-Credential will help you develop a basic introductory understanding of art and science of project management and the generally recognized framework, knowledge areas and good practices of project management.
You will learn basic terminology, processes, tools and techniques within a project context. You will also learn about the roles, responsibilities, and relationships of key members of the project team
