PROJ-1194Project Management Quality & Control

In this course, you will apply generally recognized practices of project quality management. You will learn to manage the processes to assure the project meets the needs for which it was undertaken. You will define quality concepts and terminology and describe the processes in quality planning, quality assurance, and quality control. You will describe quality goals including customer satisfaction and capable processes. You will examine project quality management from the perspective of the project manager, project sponsor, and project customer.

Note: Students registered in 1-week Summer courses; Final exams will be written the week following the end date; Thursday 6 – 9 pm or Friday 9 – Noon

Prerequisites

Textbooks and Booklists

Students enrolling in Part-Time and Online Education courses may be required to purchase textbooks and materials at participating Campus Store locations or online at bookstore.rrc.ca. Student booklists will be available approximately 3 weeks prior to scheduled course start dates. Please ensure materials are purchased in advance, to be available for the start date.
